What is the process for ordering personalized calling cards? Once you place your order, we will contact you via email if we need any additional information. Otherwise, we will send a proof via email within 2-3 business days of your order. We are happy to make 1-2 minor revisions to the copy, however any additional revisions may incur a fee for additional design time. Once you approve the proof, the cards go to print. By approving your final proof, you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, we are required to charge for a reprint. Personalized calling card orders are final sale. Calling cards then ship to you about 2 weeks after proof approval. Contact us if you need expedited shipping and we'll work with you to meet your deadline.

How long does it take for my order to ship? Standard in-stock orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days. Personalized stationery typically ships in 3-5 business days from draft approval, depending on quantity ordered. Calling cards ship to you about 2 weeks after proof approval. We strive to offer the lowest possible shipping and processing rates for you. Orders are shipped via USPS unless other arrangements are made.

What if I need to cancel a personalized order? Once your items are printed, your order is non-refundable. If a draft has been produced, but items not printed, a fee will be retained for our design time.

Do you do wholesale? Yes! We'd love to discuss having our products in your shop! Please contact us at pixelimpress@yahoo.com. Or shop our wholesale site at Faire.

Can I send you a logo to include on my stationery?  Yes! We want your custom stationery to reflect you. Adding a logo or other image is an additional fee of $20. Please purchase this item with your order and send your high resolution jpg or pdf pixelimpress@yahoo.com. 

Can I obtain a digital file of my design to print on my own?  We do offer pdfs/jpgs for some designs. Please contact us at pixelimpress@yahoo.com to let us know which product design you are interested in to discuss further.

Do you accept returns? We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied please contact us at pixelimpress@yahoo.com. We'll be happy to work with you to resolve the issue. Personalized orders are non-refundable once your order is approved. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Are you available for custom work, including logo design? Yes! We love custom work. Please email us at pixelimpress@yahoo.com to discuss your project.

Is my information secure?  Your privacy and security are extremely important to us. We will never share or sell your information to any third party.  The information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. Your transaction is encrypted with industry leading secure socket layer technology (SSL) and Credit Card information is stored encrypted until your transaction is complete using AES-256 encryption.

Can I use your images on my website or blog? We love it when our shoppers want to share our products! If you would like to use any of our content or images on your site, please email us at pixelimpress@yahoo.com and give us a heads up of what you plan to publish. And yes, even though imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, that doesn’t mean you can take any of our intellectual property and claim it as your own.  All of our designs and photographs are the exclusive property of pixelimpress.

Can I use the patterns or designs from my proofs on my blog, in a logo, or on my website? All digital images used during the proofing process are sole property and copyright of pixelimpress and cannot be used for personal logo design, profile pic, or reproduction in any format without permission. Please contact me at pixelimpress@yahoo.com if you have quesitons.

Are you environmentally friendly? Yes. Our products are FSC certified and eco-friendly. Our stationery and greeting cards are printed on paper that is 100% cotton (made from cotton linters left over from the textile industry), tree-free, acid-free, recyclable, biodegradable, and elemental chlorine free.  

Do you ship internationally? We currently offer USPS options for international orders. pixelimpress is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments. Custom fees are the buyers' responsibility. First class International transit times vary depending on the reliability of your country's postal system.
